Well, I have been trying to blog all morning, but I am not used to blogging on a Mac, so I accidently deleted about an hour's worth of blogging.

Anyway, I am always telling you girls to come see me at work - well, this is why! (Isn't he pretty?)

And now for your listening enjoyment!

Does anyone remember when this guy came to campus and did this song during chapel. Well, if you missed chapel that morning, I hope you enjoy the video.

More listening pleasure. I love Hillsongs of Australia - they are so great. If you enjoy listening to worship music, Hillsongs of
Australia is a wonderful worship group. I hope you enjoy their music.

Ok - who loves Napleon Dynamite? It is such a silly movie, but I love it anyway. Here's one of my favorite scenes from the movie.

I thought the cat was so cute - especially the botox cat. I hate to admit it, but I am getting addicted to you tube.

I don't know about you guys, but I hope Paris enjoys her vacation in the LA jai. I am happy to see that there is a judge out there who could not be bought, and was not afraid to do the right thing!!!

Cute dog!

Well, with a lot of help from a friend at work this evening, I think I have been able to add a video. I chose one about Tibet because my good friend, Jenn, has been on my mind a lot lately. Please continue to pray for her and the work she is doing in Tibet, and also pray for the people of Tibet, for it is a very sprititually dark country.

Wow! Out internship is over and we now have one class left. I will be glad to get this class over. I have had a hard time keeping up with the prework because I do not have internet at home, so it has been hard for me to find a place to blog from. I can't figure out the video thing, either. So sorry to anyone who has gone to my blog and has been unable to find anything new. Anyway, in just two weeks we will be finished. That brings a smile to my face!

Sorry so extremely short, but I am at a friend's house. I also need to go to work.

Be blessed!

Can you believe it? Only 2 1/2 days of school are left! Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday that the school year was just beginning. I know the next few months are going to be hard for those of us who have not yet found a job. I know we've been told over and over just to be patient. I know it's going to be hard at times, but it really is good advice. God knows what He's doing, and I truely believe that He has a special place for each and everyone of us. He has carried us this far -He will not let us down. Just remember, it was Him who called us into this ministry, and He has a special place already picked out for us. For now, keep praying for the students we are going to have come fall - we will have them.

This past week at school has been an extremely good one. I have been spending most of my time with Ms. Gleixner down in first grade. It is a different world than upstairs in the attic (the 4th/5th grade area at school). I used to say that I would never want to teach 1st grade, but after teaching them at CAK and spending time in 1st at Mooreland Heights, I can honestly say that I WANT to teach 1st grade next year. They are a handful at times, but the rewards of being with them are great.

Anyway, gonna go now, but I wanted to share a few more pictures with you of some of my pets.

This is Hope. She is the most spoiled cat in the whole world. She is also the friendliest cat in the world. She's not quite the fattest, but she could be a contender.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Be blessed!

Well, it's been almost a whole week since my last entry - sorry about that. This past weekend was crazy at work due to UT graduation and Mother's Day. I feel like I spent my entire weekend at Naples.

I thought I would introduce you to one of my cats in this blog. This is Frankie. Do you see his buck tooth? He really is a beautiful cat, and he has the most beautiful blue eyes. He got his name from Frank Sinatra because he was called Blue Eyes.

Now that the weather is warmer, I am able to do my gardening. I love to work in my flower beds, although I must admit I have not had much time to do that lately. I find the time I spend gardening to be very peaceful and relaxing.

This plant is one of my favorites. It is an Indian Iris, and it comes back year after year. The blooms are so beautiful, but they don't last very long.

The flowers on the right are Creeping Phlox. They bloom every spring and they spread like crazy. They make an excellent ground cover because they really don't require any attention. The bare spot behind them fills in with Black-Eyed Susans, usually in July.

Well, I am going to go for now. I hope you all have a wonderful day - be blessed!

To all of of the girls who were in the van to and from Birmingham... this one is especially for you!

If there was ever a low point in my life, well, today IS the day. I wasn't planning on making an entry today, but I wanted to ask you all to remember me in your prayers. Today was one of the hardest days I have ever had to live through, and it has left me questioning myself about many things. I just know that right now I am feeling pretty down in the dumps, and I have been worrying too much lately about too many things.

I hope you all have a wonderful day - be blessed!

Hello, everyone. Our time together is quickly coming to an end. It has been a wonderful five years together. Since I never lived on campus, I feel as if I did not get to know many of you very well. I know you have heard me talk several times about my job, my pets, and some of my hobbies. Well, for the next month or so, I am going to share some of my life with you. First of all, I would like for you to meet some of my pets. (They really are the cutest pets in the world!) I won't post all of their pictures at once (Is there enough space on this blog to do so? HA HA!), but I will be posting thier pictures over time. See this handsome fellow? This is Toby - he is the best dog ever! He has such a gentle nature to him, though I must admit he is getting a little cranky as he gets older (he is 10 now)! I got Toby from the Knox County Animal Shelter when he was just a puppy. He was a stray that the dog catcher had picked up. I adopted him and he's been mine ever since. He gets along well with other animals, including cats, and he LOVES pepperoni pizza flavored Combos. I really don't have him spoiled, at least not that much.

Well, that is just a teeny glimpse into my life. I will be talking to everyone soon, and of course seeing you bright and early Monday morning.

Love you all!

Anna
